The Runabout was designed and developed by Lumex to offer residents the ability to comfortably move from room to room and socialize. The Runabout offers seating and positioning that is far superior to a standard wheelchair. With the many adjustments possible with the Runabout it is easy to customize the chair for every resident.

Adjustments for the Perfect Ride:
• Seat wedge angle easily adjusts up to 10 degrees for individualized positioning of the resident and to help prevent sliding.
• Seat depth adjusts to 16", 17" and 18".
• Seat height adjusts to 17", 18" or 19".
• Optional infinite position tilt accessory for the 590 and 592 allows for 15 degree seat adjustment while resident is seated in the chair. Infinite position is standard on the 593.
• Weight bearing capacity: 225 lb.
• Easy to actuate independent gas spring enables the caregiver to tilt or recline the resident infinitely within a 15 degree range for the back and an 8 degree range for the seat.
